Week 3 & 4 — Project 365
a little setback...
As I continue to embark on my journey of capturing 365 photos this year, I knew there would be moments of inspiration, and moments of struggle. Week three brought me face to face with one of the challenges that many creatives grapple with during the winter months: the seasonal blues. Living in Ohio, where the cold, dreary weather often dominates this time of year, I found myself wanting to hibernate rather than venture out with my camera. Despite the obstacles, I'm determined to press on, finding beauty even in the midst of winter's grip.

Did a re-read of one of my favorite series, because the third book comes out tomorrow (!!!) — beyond excited! Special thanks to my bestie who got me this cute cup for Christmas. ♥️

After school, we spent time with cousins and didn't get home until late, so we arrived at the same time as dad and I snapped a quick pic.

JAN 23

I learned how to do interval auto shots, so Rowan got in with me as I practiced. 🥰

JAN 26

The back of our bedroom door, with a slew of Rowan's art from the past couple of years. 😁

JAN 27

I snapped this picture before it got too dark outside.

While these two weeks have been a rollercoaster of emotion, filled with both highs and lows, I'm grateful for the lessons they've brought. As I step into February this week (already?!?), I'm embracing the the opportunity to connect with my creative side. Here's toa new month filled with inspiration, growth, and endless possibilities! 🥂
